Your impact & responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively acquiring new clients via phone, email and online meetings.

• Talent Matchmaking: Identify and connect specialised freelancers with companies looking for their skills.

• Consultancy & relationship building: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates - from first contact to start date.

• Negotiation & closing: Negotiate terms, manage offers and drive deals to a successful close.

• End-to-end process: Own the full recruitment process - transparent, fast and solution-oriented.

• Personal branding: You build your own profile and use LinkedIn to position yourself as an expert in your field.

What you bring

• Motivation & drive: You want to learn, grow and deliver results in a dynamic sales environment.

• Experience: Beneficial but not required - e.g., in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment or similar roles.

• Languages: Fluent in English, plus German or Dutch. Alternatively, B2B sales experience.

• Location: Based in/around Amsterdam
