We're looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join Amoria Group as a Learning & Development Consultant, using their real-world recruitment experience to coach, train and develop the next generation of recruitment talent.

This isn't about starting again. It's about taking everything you've learned in recruitment and using it in a completely different way.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in the development of our junior Recruitment Consultants from the moment they join the business, helping them build the skills, confidence and commercial knowledge they need to succeed.

You'll deliver engaging training through workshops, classroom sessions, desk-based coaching, call listening and role plays, as well as providing regular one-to-one coaching and developmental feedback.

You'll work closely with our Sales Leaders and Managers to understand where people need support, identify skills gaps and create learning solutions that genuinely improve performance.

You'll also:

• Design and deliver training programmes for junior Recruitment Consultants
• Coach consultants across recruitment, sales and business development
• Support new-starter onboarding and induction programmes
• Conduct training needs analysis alongside managers and business leaders
• Create engaging learning materials and manage content within our LMS
• Use performance data to identify development opportunities
• Help improve engagement, retention and speed to productivity
• Collaborate with our wider L&D and Talent Attraction teams to continually improve the employee learning experience

Who we're looking for

You don't need to already be an L&D professional.

We're much more interested in the recruitment experience you can bring with you.

You'll need at least two years' contract recruitment experience, including managing both candidate and client relationships, and a strong understanding of the recruitment sales process and KPIs.

You'll probably be someone who naturally enjoys helping other recruiters improve - whether that's mentoring new starters, sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues or being the person others come to for advice.

You'll also be confident communicating with different personalities, comfortable giving constructive feedback and genuinely passionate about helping people succeed.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm & Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Package: £30,000-£32,000 base salary plus quarterly performance related bonus
